In the near future this will become the platform for my research into The Design of Idleness.
This research looks at social acceleration from a design perspective and investigates the potential of interaction design to contribute to the much-needed social and societal slowdown.
I conduct my research as doctoral candidate at Braunschweig University of Art, Germany and in cooperation with Potsdam University of Applied Sciences.
The dissertation is supervised by
Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jonas (Braunschweig)
and Prof. Dr. Frank Heidmann (Potsdam).
